CyberClassics: What Would Shakespeare Do?

Re-imagining the classics for readers in a digital world. 

English teachers of America and lovers of 19th century literature are already bemoaning the fate of their favorite classic novels. Are these to be relegated to the scrap heap of history (like the 17th century poets) or survive only as cinematic period pieces produced by the BBC? Or will  savvy digital publishers figure out how to translate what it is that makes these works true classics into forms that 21st Century readers can appreciate?

Below are the beginnings of some experiments with some well-known classics for young adult readers.
